Governance

Chartered in 2005, WR2020 is a private, non-profit, corporation with 100 voting stakeholders that represent a cross section of the community, serving staggered terms.

Members provide input for the work of WR2020, and in December 2005 and January 2006, built a slate of candidates forming an initial 17-member Board of Directors.

There is an annual meeting each year and members vote on a slate of board members and voting members.
